At SParms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sun protection apparel. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the products are in new condition.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
